Community awareness and engagement is at the core of MIT’s business and digital transformation approach.
Throughout the process, the BDTO team is partnering with the MIT community.
In the first year, the BDTO conducted over 100 meetings with MIT departments, labs, centers, and institutes (DLCIs) to understand pain points and priorities, create enduring structures for continuous engagement, and help determine an approach and plan for the work that lies ahead.
The BDTO team will continue to collaborate with deans, department heads, assistant deans, faculty, student representatives, administrative leaders, and DLCI representatives to gain their insights and guidance.
